Welcome to WordWise PH! These terms keep things fair and clear for everyone. By using wordwiseph.com, you agree to them.
1. The Service
WordWise PH provides English learning games for children, including free and paid plans. Paid features are unlocked per plan after payment is verified.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe.
- Accounts for children should be created and supervised by a parent or guardian.
- One account is for one child (Basic plan) — the Premium plan supports up to 5 child accounts.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
- Plans are prepaid via GCash: Trial ₱10/day, Weekly ₱35, Basic ₱99/month, Premium ₱199/month.
- There is no auto-renewal — your plan simply expires at the end of its period. You will never be charged automatically.
- Activation happens after payment verification, usually within minutes to a few hours.
4. Refunds
If your payment was verified but access was not activated, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. Once a plan is activated and working, payments are non-refundable since plans are short-term and prepaid.
5. Fair Use
- Don't share accounts beyond your plan's limits.
- Don't attempt to cheat leaderboards, disrupt the service, or access other users' data.
- Use respectful usernames — inappropriate usernames may be renamed or removed.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep WordWise PH online, but as a small service we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. If extended downtime affects your paid period, contact us and we will extend your plan fairly.
7. Changes
We may update features, prices, or these terms. Price changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
